Terms of Service for Busynes

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Busynes ("we," "us," or "our") and the business entity or sole trader registering for our services ("Client," "you," or "your"). By registering for an account, activating your 14-day Professional Pilot, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Busynes is strictly a B2B (Business-to-Business) SaaS platform. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are registering for business purposes and are not acting as a consumer.
diversity_2 1. The Service & Professional Pilot
A. Service Description
Busynes provides an automated financial ingestion pipeline, utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract data from uploaded receipts and invoices, compiling the results into a dynamic management dashboard.
B. The 14-Day Pilot
We offer a 14-day trial of our Professional Tier ("Professional Pilot"). No credit card is required to register. At the end of the 14 days, your access to advanced features and automated ingestion will be restricted unless you subscribe to our paid £29/month Professional Tier via Stripe.
payments 2. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation
A. Pricing
The subscription fee for our Professional Tier is £29.00 per month (exclusive of applicable UK VAT).
B. Billing & Stripe
All billing is processed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe. By signing up, you authorize Stripe to automatically charge your registered card on your billing date.
C. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard's Billing settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be terminated. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
D. Price Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees or pricing tiers at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice before taking effect.
E. Payment Failure & Suspension
If a subscription payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to Pro tier features after a three (3) day grace period, until payment is successfully processed.
badge 3. Client Responsibilities & Fair Use
- Data Accuracy: You represent that all documents uploaded to our platform are legitimate corporate records. You must not upload malicious files, corrupted PDFs, or illegal materials.
- Review Requirement: Our service uses AI-based extraction which, by its nature, is subject to margin of error. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all parsed financial figures before committing them to your accounts, filing taxes, or submitting reports to HMRC.
shield_with_house 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (The AI Shield)
Limitation Clause
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUSYNES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
SPECIFICALLY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI DATA EXTRACTION WILL BE 100% ERROR-FREE. BUSYNES IS NOT A REGISTERED ACCOUNTANCY FIRM OR CPA. WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISCREPANCIES, BOOKKEEPING ERRORS, TAX PENALTIES, OR INTEREST CHARGES ASSESSED BY HMRC OR ANY OTHER REVENUE AUTHORITY ARISING FROM OUT-OF-DATE, INACCURATE, OR MISREAD DATA PROCESSED BY THE SERVICE.
Our maximum cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to Busynes in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
gavel 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under these Terms.
